3DAgency offers professional 3D printing and fabrication services in the United States, including: (1) FDM Printing — Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printing services using a wide range of materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and engineering-grade filaments, suitable for prototypes, functional parts, enclosures, and custom components; (2) 3D Modeling — Custom digital 3D model creation and design optimization, including concept modeling, product design, and print-ready file preparation tailored to your project specifications; and (3) 3D Scanning — High-accuracy 3D scanning services for reverse engineering, quality inspection, digital archiving, and recreation of physical objects into printable or editable digital formats. All service orders are subject to review and acceptance by 3DAgency. We reserve the right to decline any order that involves prohibited materials, intellectual property infringement, or items that violate applicable federal, state, or local regulations. Turnaround times, material availability, and pricing are subject to change and will be communicated to clients prior to order confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All original content on this website, including logos, branding, written content, photography, and design assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of 3DAgency and is protected under applicable United States copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our express written permission. With respect to client-submitted files and designs: you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to all 3D model files, design specifications, and reference materials submitted to 3DAgency for production. 3DAgency will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected designs without proper authorization from the rights holder. 3DAgency retains the right to display completed project images in its portfolio for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing at the time of order placement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

3DAgency provides its website, information, and services on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. While we strive for the highest standards of quality in every FDM print, 3D model, and 3D scan we deliver, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the uninterrupted availability of our website, the absolute accuracy of technical specifications listed online, or the fitness of any printed part for a specific end-use application beyond the scope agreed upon in writing at the time of order. 3D printing involves inherent material and process variability, and final results may vary based on design complexity, chosen materials, and post-processing requirements. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3DAgency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to damages resulting from print failures due to client-supplied file errors, delays in production or shipping beyond our control, or use of printed parts in applications for which they were not designed or recommended. Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific order. Clients are responsible for ensuring that 3D-printed parts meet all applicable safety, regulatory, and performance standards for their intended use. 3DAgency does not assume responsibility for the end-use application of any fabricated parts or models.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of our website or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which 3DAgency operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the applicable state. By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such jurisdiction.
